The Richmond Marketing Consultancy was founded in 2009 by Pam Gandee who has over 15 years’ experience in marketing strategy and communications in a variety of businesses, having worked in major organisations such as DHL, Philips and DMB&B before setting up the firm. Her practical skills are supported by a strong theoretical knowledge– she has an MA in Strategic Marketing Management and a BA in Management Sciences and French. She is a Member of The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
